Our products are handmade with love, with you in mind. We want you to be happy with every HAVNS product you purchase. But if you are ever unsatisfied, we accept returns on all new, unopened items for 14 days after the order is received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Initiating a return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected]. Please include your order number (this will make it faster to process your return). Remember that we're unable to approve returns for orders older than 14 days after receipt or products that are used, or opened. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for return shipping.
Once your return has been authorized, send your item in its original packaging to our address.
Lost packages will be investigated and replaced.
